Overview

This guide shows how to add a menu item in ChatAgent with the correct title, category, price, and currency.

Steps

1. Log in to ChatAgent
2. Go to Knowledge from the left menu
3. Open the Menu tab
4. Click New menu item
5. Enter the Title for the menu item
6. Select a Category (or create one if needed)
7. Enter the Price and choose the correct Currency
8. Click Save and confirm the item appears in yo

Troubleshooting

• If you can’t save, confirm the required fields are filled (Title, Price, Currency).
• If the item doesn’t appear, refresh the page.
