Overview

This guide shows how to train your AI agent by adding text-based knowledge (Text sources) in ChatAgent.

Steps

  1. Log in to ChatAgent
  2. Go to Knowledge from the left menu
  3. Open the Text tab (Text sources)
  4. Click New content (or Add text)
  5. Add a clear Title
  6. Paste the information you want the agent to learn into the Content field
  7. Click Save
  8. Go to your agent’s Test area and ask a question related to the new text
  9. If needed, edit the text entry to improve clarity, then save and re-test

Troubleshooting

  • If the agent’s answer is wrong, confirm the text entry is trained/active, then re-test.
  • If saving fails, confirm Title and Content are not empty.
