Overview
This guide shows how to add Q&A knowledge sources in ChatAgent so your agent can answer common questions accurately and consistently.
Steps
- Log in to ChatAgent
- Go to Knowledge from the left menu
- Open the Q&A section
- Click New content
- Add a clear Title for the Q&A entry
- Add one or more Questions (different ways a customer might ask the same thing)
- Write the Answer you want the agent to use
- Click Save
- Go to Test your AI Agent and ask one of the new questions
- If needed, edit the Q&A to improve the response, then save and re-test
Best practices
- Add multiple question variations (short, long, different wording)
- Keep the answer direct and up to date
- Avoid putting multiple unrelated topics in one Q&A entry
Troubleshooting
- If the agent’s answer isn’t correct, confirm the Q&A entry is trained/active, then re-test.
