Overview

This guide shows how to update your contact information in ChatAgent (for example email, phone number, or WhatsApp number).

Steps

  1. Log in to ChatAgent
  2. Open Settings from the left menu
  3. Go to Organization (or Profile) settings
  4. Find the Contact information section
  5. Update the fields you need (for example: email, phone number, WhatsApp number)
  6. Double-check the information is correct
  7. Click Save
  8. Refresh the page
  9. Confirm the updated information is still showing

Troubleshooting

  • If Save is disabled, confirm all required fields are filled.
  • If changes don’t persist after refresh, log out and back in, then repeat the update.
