Overview

This guide shows how to change your ChatAgent account password from your settings.

Steps

  1. Log in to ChatAgent
  2. Open Settings from the left menu
  3. Go to Password or Security (depending on your settings menu)
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it
  5. Click Save

Troubleshooting

  • If you don’t see a success message, refresh the page and try again.
